How are you brewing your coffee now? What gear do you use? What kind of beans do you buy?

I've experimented with a few pourovers. Currently using a chemex for morning brew and a DeLonghi for shots of espresso. I've been also trying different beans off of Amazon and trying to learn more with each purchase. I'd say my enjoyment of coffee has shifted from being a consumer to a hobbies.
In the search for a good used espresso machine to learn more of the craft.

Copy that. I need to find a roaster local (south OC California).
I did just when a bid for a Rancilio Silvia with PID. Sounds like it needs a little work but looking forward to getting it going.

You will enjoy the Ms. Silvia... rocked one for 10+ years. You will need a good espresso grinder (keep that in mind with your $$).
