simple but a crowd pleaser

Hey Cindy,

One of the restaurants that we supply coffee to has a great conventional hot chocolate that they call a "chocolate kiss". Its easily made--steamed milk, hersheys chocolate, whip cream and chocolate drizzled on top. The key is that they use a good amount of chocolate but its not too overbearing. The whipcream and chocolate drizzle helps elevate the drinks appearance and (so they say) its taste...haha, who knows.

Just a quick recipe for ya,

Jeff

Please share with me a few great hot chocolate receipes.
thanx

Depending on the size of drink, I use 3 pumps of chocolate sauce for a 12oz, 4 pumps for a 16oz and 5 pumps for 20oz along with steamed milk, top it off with whip cream and then a little cinnamon sprinkled on top....

Personally I like it better than most....
