For those who do coffee catering, what is your price structure, and what do you provide (brewed regular and decaf coffee, flavored coffee, pastries, etc.). How elaborate is your setup? Tablecloths? How have you gotten business- has it come to you, or have you done marketing?

Thanks a bunch, Ellie

I'm also interested in learning a bit about catering. People have asked me to cater but I'm unsure about how much I should charge. I usually say $200 for 3 hours but I'm not sure how to adapt it for larger or smaller crowds. I response from a Coffee Guru would be greatly appreciated.

Catering

We charge $275 for three hours plus $10.00 per hour each for two buristas. This covers one hour setup, one hour service, one hour tear down. It also includes 60 drinks. Every drink after that, whether coffee, smoothie, etc is $4.00. Pastries are priced just as they are in our shop.
If we have to have refrigeration for the desserts, it is priced extra.
