how to make better coffee

hi, i''m starting a blog about coffee. I wish to consult experts on how to make coffee so that i can feature it on my blog. Anyone mind sharing some information? :grin:

Lol, you should probably do some heavy reading if you want to make a respectable article, just skim through the wiki and google coffee.

I can give you an overview on it, but what exactly did you want to know? Different ways of making coffee? Bean roasting processes? Origins? Making esspresso? Equipment? etc etc etc

hey, thanks for the reply. oh.. i thought maybe i can start with tips on how to make better coffee?? then progressively i hope to feature equipments so that people can benefit from them.

and also, maybe feature steps by step guides to teach people how to make coffee?

by the way, please comment on my blog design n stuff. i think it really sux though. :grin:
