I have to replace my machine (Unic Diva) kinda quickly and have narrowed it down to these three units.

Can someone please help me make the right decision? Or at least not the wrong one?

Thanks in advance,
Johnny

I only pull about 6 shots a day and will use it in my home. In the summer it will get a bit more use.

I'd go with Rancilio Silvia, and use the money you save to PID your Silvia. Google "pid silvia" there are plenty of how to sites.

If you're going to spend up to $800 on a single boiler thermostat control the Alexia might interest you.

With an e61 group it's more forgiving than the Silvia. As far as I know it's more adjustable as well. It also comes with a PID option. Chris' Coffee is very helpful if you have any questions.

I haven't read many good reviews of the Francis. The Pasquini Livietta is new on me. I owned a Silvia and while it was a good machine it's somewhat finicky requiring good barista skills and a very good grinder.
