I bought a large cup of coffee after dinner, around 8:30 pm, but couldn't finish it b/c I was just too full and I also wanted to be able to sleep. I was just going to put it in the fridge and drink the rest tommorow morning (i guess you could think of it as drinking ice coffee, hahaha); is that a good idea, bad idea, or HEALTH HAZARD, hahaha.

Overnight does not represent a health hazard. It may present a taste hazard. Cheap coffee gets nasty and bitter. Specialty coffee tends to hold its flavor well.

If it was in a paper cup, there might be floaties on top. Not a health hazard, just more fiber for your diet.

yeah not a health hazard unless you are putting something like raw meat on top. I wouldn't let it sit there for more than a day though, since i am assuming it will not have a closed top on it.

Dang CL, you and I think alike...hmmmm...re: overnight coffee. It sure will let you know if the coffee is up to colling off., and tasting good....

Dang, I feel guilty if I drink drip coffee that has been on the burner for over 15 minutes.

Yes, cold coffee will actually be a better indication of bitterness: that the hot drink it started out as.

My Sumatra from yesterday tastes like a cup of flat Guinness. It was left in the pot overnight, but is still quite yummy. :D

I just cant microwave or fridge coffee anymore, might as well go with a cup of folger's if your in a hurry.
