Jura Z5 dumping everything into drainpan!

I have a Jura Z5 and am having the issues where no matter selection I make, everything gets outputted thru the thermo-couple into the drain pan. The ceramic valve sounds like it's working correctly and no error codes are given.
I'm still guessing the CV is not functioning correctly - although when I dismantle it, I see no signs of calcification, etc.

Any suggestions?

Hi Dave, did you ever get this fixed? I'm having the same problem with my Jura Ena Micro1 and would like to know the solution.
