Hi everyone, am looking at upgrading and expanding our micro-roastery's capacity and we're looking at getting a Probat L12 and currently have options for 3 "generations".
One vintage from the 50s, 2 from late 90s, early 2000s and the brand new probatone 12 that Probat just released.
Does anybody have any experience with the vintage ones vs newer models and what are the key differences?
Why would you buy the vintage (apart from the cast iron drum) vs the old models vs the latest technology-filled 2012 models?
Any experienced thoughts and advice would be much appreciated!!
