Hi,
I have another question about the LaCimbali M2 Grinder Problem, I posted a few weeks ago. I have since found out it is not just a coffee jam. I need to pull the grinder from the machine.

1) Can anyone tell me, with the left grinder out of the machine, will the right side still operate fully?

2) Is this grinder diffcult to remove from this machine?

Thank You For Your Help

1. Yes, both grinders are independent of each other.

2. There are 4 screws that hold the cover on. 3 nuts hold the grinder in place. The 4th nut holds a cross bar and is connected to the 2nd grinder. This is mostly for stabilization. There are 2 screws that hold the black espresso channel on to the grinders. Remove each screw from both grinders. Loosen the two screws that hold on the back panel. From here you will see the wires attached to the motor. I find it easier to remove the wire on the control board vs the wire on the motors for faster removal.

Your done. Should take about 10 minutes for your first time.
