I purchased a Lavazza Classy Plus LB400 from Amazon on March 2022. Absolutely fantastic coffee and machine! But! I ran a descale (2nd one since purchasing) and the machine appears to be stuck in descale mode. The machine had beeped when I was flushing with 1st tank of clean water after running the solution and I was suprised as the tank of clean water was only at half.
I have tried unplugging it. I have tried to run descale again with no luck.
Is there something else I should be doing? I can’t find anything anywhere and emails to Lavazza have been sent - awaiting their reply…
Please help, I love this machine but am not in a position financially to replace it especially when I have not had it for even a year!
