Looking for 12-15kg roaster upgrade

we need to upgrade our roaster. looking for a 12-15 kilo roaster. preference in order probat L12, sanfranciscan SF25, diedrich IR12, would consider turkish roaster with vertical exhaust. currently have ambex ym5 i'd be willing to partial trade or sell out right. prefer used as we need something readily available- don't have much time to wait for fabrication. we need to keep business rolling. love this forum, thanks for all the info everyone.

Maybe you should consider keeping your roaster and buying another 6 kg unit. That way you always have a working roaster in case one ever goes down plus you can do roasts of two varieties at the same time... Just a thought
