Looking for a 1991 Probat L12 Manual

Dear Coffee Forum Community,
We are reaching out to anyone who may have this manual or one similar. We have been in contact with Probat Burns in North America and they have not been too helpful at this stage. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi again everyone,
We are still looking for this manual. It is now a little more desperate as we are having our venting inspected and need the manual first.

As before, I have contacted Probat multiple times in the last two days - leaving 3 messages and once speaking with someone that could help me. After being told the manual was $50 for an electronic version, I mentioned we needed the venting information and she said she would be willing to send us that for free. Great! However did not receive anything over the last two days and have now called back to say I would be willing to buy the manual and again have heard nothing back.

I have a 2005 manual, does anyone know if the venting requirements would be the same?

You may want to contact Grumpy's Cafe or Gimme! Coffee, both located in NY. for at least the venting instructions in the manual.
I know that Tandem Coffee Roasters in Portland,ME has an older Probat, believe it is the L12. Will Pratt is his name. Nice guy.
