oh I just thought of another one...depends where you are located though. I have a friend who is selling all of his equipment. He has a mixer in is inventory.

Thanks Topher.I'm about 1.5 hrs from Vegas. I'll check Grainger down there. Where is your friend located?

If, by someone selling off all of his equipment, you mean you know someone selling a roaster... we're very much on the hunt. :)

How about mixing in your roaster?

I had and go back and read the original post. I thought he was looking for a drum to blend flavors into the roasted beans, but I was mistaken. That's what I get for speed reading through the posts.

I got the same machine topher listed at Home Depot for about $100 cheaper than Grainger, had to have it shipped to the store and pick it up. But, $100 is a $100

Thank you guys. Home depot does have it online...surprisingly enough. As for Using the roaster itself to blend, I have had it suggested to use the cooling tray while roasting, but this could get hectic and problematic if not timed right. I could use the drum before I heat it up, or on days I don't roast. But I think for speed and safety safety's sake, having a designated mixer would be the preferred method....or just keep doing it by hand. Thank you all for your input.
