So it's time to start looking at equipment. I am looking for this weigh and fill and band sealer. The company I bought from seems to be out of business. I have had these for 9 years with no issues(knock on wood.) I like this particular weigh and fill because its simple to clean and switch from whole bean to ground. If anyone has a line on this let me know.

I picked up a similar looking model off of ebay last summer...it handles up to 10 lb of bulk, easy to convert from ground to whole bean. Only thing under $1000 is made across the Pacific, same with sealers.
If you find something Stateside, i'd too be interested in hearing about it.
