Hello everyone, I am looking for some advice. I have been writing this for my sister. There are a lot of unused electronics items lying in my sister's guest house for so long and the waste is piling up. She is in the urge to dispose of it. But I'm thinking about making it productive. Do electronic manufacturers offer to recycle? I have heard about Recycle My Electronics. Has anyone hired them? Please let me know if you have any experience.

Best Buy is a great resource for donating electronics to be recycled.

And, many communities have electronic recycling events a couple times a year. It may be worth looking into.

Also, give your local Goodwill facility a call. They may be able to help you.

In its Reconnect Program, Dell partners with over 2000 Goodwill locations in the U.S. to provide drop-off locations for used computer equipment. They will refurbish it and recycle it for free. Computers (desktop, laptops, but not always tablets) Printers and scanners.

There are a lot of ways to dispose of electronic products. The easiest way is to find a take-back or trade-in program, that will offer you the chance to dispose of your old TV for example, and to buy another one at the same company. There are also different research retailer recycling programs that can collect your trash. Or, you can locate a local electronics recycler. Of course, you can sell your old electronic products, this is the most popular way actually to dispose of your old product.
