I just got wind of a roasters assistant position available in Miami FL. Anyone interested?

Mate, I STILL have not filled the position I posted about 2 years ago...cn you believe it? :shock: I am not that much of tyrant to work with. Maybe the bright lights, balmy atmosphere of Miami is gonna see your position flled far before anyone takes me up on my offer.

Depends if you are an expat or a local hire. Obviously you would not want to be a local hire! Its hard to say, but depending on experience you would get a good US salary plus a house, a car, a driver, healthcare, lanhuage lessons etc.

Actually, believe it or not I aint kidding. You dont of course get to keep the house, car, driver and maid (which i forgot to mention) forever...only while working here. But no, its all inclusive for a reason. Most Expats would flip out if they drove here, its crazy. 72.000 motorbike road deaths last year...you need a driver!

Hahaha, I am not sure it would help!!! Just got back from a visit to Sulawesi- where during one 5 hour motorbike trip I was pased by just 3 cars... my return here reminds me Java is indeed the most crowded island on the globe!

Must be like in China. they don't drive there. They play the daring game. The people behind the wheel dare the motorbikers to come in front of their cars, and the motorbikers dare the cars to hit them. Sometime they call each others bluff. I witnessed an accident between a scooter and a bus. The bus driver came out and screamed at the guys lying on the ground bleeding. I mean the nerve of him to hit the bus's front tire, what audacity.
