Monthly sales trends....

My wife and I own a coffee shop and we are looking at gathering some monthly sales trends. We know that some trends are more relative to a specific area than others, but would like to get a good sampling.

If you could provide:

1. Market (City, State) OR Region of the US
2. Rural, Suburban, Urban
3. Months of the year that are up for you
4. Months of the year that are down for you

I believe that sort of info costs about $3000. I was looking for some raw data and the coffee industry association charges that much for it.
