When we travel we bring along the faithful AeroPress with very finely ground coffee. Other than go COWBOY

The French Press all the way; even though, all my friends are telling me I need to try out the Aeropress. They say once you go aero you'll never go back to press. lol

At home I only use a chemex when I want to do pour over. At work I use Melitta Ready Set Joe Single Cup and it works great, easy clean up and I can use the 200 degree water from our Bunn Commercial coffee maker, much better than the single pre-ground packets that they order. The Melitta was only $6 and uses #2 filters.
