This is the first in a series of posts on the success mVirtual Card has had with its loyalty card program. Briefly, we offer a custom loyalty card app for coffee stores and other retail establishments. Please read below for the first installation in our success stories series.

When D'Espresso
(located right near NYC’s Grand Central Station) wanted to revamp its customer loyalty program it looked to mVirtual Card to craft a plan to make it happen. D’Espresso manager, Lenny Sheinberg, worked closely with the mVirtual Card team, and we made a custom app for both the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store . These apps, together with the local store app used to process these loyalty points have made D’Espresso’s loyalty program a huge success.

As an unexpected benefit, the mVirtual Card team harnessed their design capabilities and made a brand new high-end physical loyalty to replace D’Espresso’s older outdated one.

These actions have added tremendous value to D’Espresso as it continues to capitalize on its world class products and location. We look forward to sharing with you a video interview with Lenny (store manager) so you can see first hand his excitement for our great product.
