Hello folks.
CupOjoe here. New to the forum and new to home roasting. I have already posted a question in the forum dealing with roasting by way of air popcorn popper. I am just a consumer who enjoys a few cups of good coffee in the morning. Before roasting my own, I only like colombian grown. And usually a store brand that is already ground. So, I guess I don''t know what good coffee is just yet. And the only thing I have to compare to is the pre grind store bought coffee. I have done fairly well so far. But not quite sure I have done my best. I have another question, but for now, I am here to say hello. Consider me a student in these forums. I want to learn to make a better cup of coffee.
