NYC Coffee Cart Coffee

Hi,

After living in NYC for many years, I have moved away. One of the main things I
miss was the coffee from the street vendors in the morning. I've tried many brands
of coffee at home, and a few coffee makers, and have never been able to get anything
close to the flavor from the Coffee Carts.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me at home on how to reproduce that kind
of coffee?

Maybe you need to roast some of those great NYC pretzels in the cold while you make the coffee ... ohhh I miss that.
