Opening A Web Store -- Seeking Advice From You Pros Out There

I've launched my own store recently, look for future post to carry a link. Who has succeeded? Not looking for a full time gig, just enough money to pay for my caffeine addiction, hence why i called my store CaffeineFiends.com--good luck searching for it on google (at least right now)

Browsed the site a bit, I like your tag line: "Made By A Family, Not A Factory"

I agree with the Order menu item is too hard to find. It needs a big call to action button. Also, I noticed you have a testimonials section. I suggest picking a few of them out and moving them to your first page. This will create some social proof, because other people are satisfied customers without having to click on the testimonials link.

If you can, I suggest getting an SSL certificate because Google search results give preference to websites with SSL and https
