Opening New Coffee Shop!

Hello! My husband and I are researching the possibility of opening a coffee and wine bar in rural Kansas. It's a big undertaking with little to no marketing research being done in our area. Currently taking a few small business classes and working on a business plan and cash flow analysis. I'm learning coffee is a science which must be precise! We have a large learning curve but a huge willingness to accomplish our goals! Any and all advice would be excellent! I'm glad I found this site!
