Probatino Repair & Troubleshooting Available?

Hi,

I have a Probatino; it's worked fine until I recently moved. Since then I've had the flame go out in the middle of a roast 2x and now it won't "spark" at all.

Now I'm looking for some assistance if there is assistance available by phone or web.

I can and will hire someone to come visit me; I'm in Des Moines, IA. But I was hoping to avoid that option in favor of learning how to fix it with my own hands!

Any constructive thoughts are appreciated.
