Is the Nouvo Simonelli two group espresso machine a high quality machine and would it be a reliable workhorse for a high volume store?

I have a Simonelli Program VIP 2-Group at Mercier Orchads apple house in Blue Ridge, Georgia. The apple house is a favorite tourist spot - from September to Christmas, the parking lot is packed with tour busses and literally thousands of customers visit the apple house each day. We go through hundreds of pounds of coffee and tourists and locals alike have come to enjoy our espresso drinks.
To call the Simonelli a workhorse is an understatement! We have operated that machine daily for a year and not had a single moment of trouble with it. Like any espresso machine, it requires routine cleaning and maintenance. Aside from the routine work, we have never needed to call for repairs. And we get consistent performance from it every time. This fall I will probably place an order for two more!

I love my MAC 2000V. It is a workhorse and pours great shots.
