Royal #5 Coffee Roaster, help wanted!

Hey, I'm new to the forum and have found some info on this forum but could use more advice. I bought this yesterday and would like to restore it and start a business with it. But I need help/advice on how to start this project so if anyone has restored one before or has worked with one I would love to touch base with you.
