Saeco Royal Professional: No coffee coming out of the dispensing unit

Hello,
I have a Saeco Royal Professional, it was working fine.

When I power the machine on it comes ready. When I press the coffee button, the machine goes through the whole cycle and there are no unusual sounds.

There is no water or coffee coming out of the dispensing unit. The grounds end up in the container (dry) and the hot water goes to the drip tray. Your advise will be appreciated.

I hope you already fix it. Usually to investigate it is to check the water line, from coffee outlet->brewing unit->coffee boiler->valves->flow meter->water pump & supply. I had the same issue with Franke Ecolino, I found a built of limescale, a hole the size of a needle, once unblocked all good.

Thank you for the reply. The inner tube was damaged. replacing the tube sorted it all out.
