Simonelli Technician required in Sunnyvale, CA

Hi Everyone,


Does anyone know of a GOOD Simonelli Tech in the Sunnyvale, CA area?
I need a Appia II volumetric 1 group machine looked at.


The Auto steam is producing way too many bubbles and I can only steam in a larger type pitcher or else milk flies everywhere!


Also, the barista thinks the water temp is too high???


This machine is less than 2 mths old!
Does anyone know of a Simonelli tech???

Yes, gauge is ok

Sorry to ask the obvious.. did you call NS? No help? They have a map/listing on their website - someone should be able to calibrate the machine.
