I have been hobby roasting got the last 6-7 years. Never used this machine commercially. I honestly did consider it but never got out of the ground due to other issues. I have roaster, bean cooler, bunn store type grinder, a few hundred bags left and spare parts if ever needed. I will post pictures this weekend when I get back home. I love 45 minutes out of Nashville and will not ship this unit. Been roasting for family and friends and have found it odd cheaper to just order a subscription to a coffee service. $3850 for complete setup and extras
