I plan to set and run a coffee shop in my Home town in Pakistan. I am currently in Montreal, Canada and need training in the skills of coffee making and everything associated with it.

You could try the Canadian Coffee Assoc. website> provisional membership (for someone looking at starting a shop) is $100 canadian.... they could probably point you in the right direction although I note that their educational section of their website is yet to be set up. http://www.coffeeassoc.com/ .
