Survey Business Operating Hours

For those who run or work in a coffeeshop, what times are you open? Please also leave a comment about your peak sales times. I tried running this as a survey but got DB errors.

For this survey, the terms in the poll mean:

Early Morning: 5AM-7AM
Mid Morning: 7AM-9AM
Late Morning:9AM-11AM
Mid Day: 11AM-4PM
Early Evening: 5PM-7PM
Mid Evening:7PM-9PM
Late Evening:9PM-11PM
Early Night Night:11PM-1AM
Late Night: 1AM-5AM


I keep my shop open?

ALL day (Early morning-Late Night)
Most of the day(Early morning-Late Evening)
Extended Hours(Mid Morning-Mid Evening)
Business Hours(Mid Morning-Early Evening)
Bankers Hours(Late morning-Mid Day)
Lunch(Mid Day)
Breakfast(Early Morning-Late Morning)
Evening(Early Evening-Late Evening)

Opening times:
Mon-Sat: 7:30-18:00
Sun: 10:00-17:00

Peak Sales:
Mon-Fri: 8:00-10:00, around noon and again in the afternoon.
Sat: from 10:00 and until the doors are locked at 18:00
Sun: from noon until we close.

We don't serve alcohol so it's useless for us to be open any longer. I'm just talking about rough times here, peak hours may vary, mainly if the weather is really bad or really good, because then it's almost dead at our shop.

My winter opening hours:

Tues-Friday 7:00-16:00
Saturday 9:00-15:00

Peak sales are generally from noon till 2pm
