template for loaning equipment to wholesale customers

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have a template for loaning equipment (airpots, brewers, machines, etc) to a wholesale customer that you wouldn't mind sharing with me? There was a "disagreement" recently concerning who owns equip after it is "given" to the wholesale customer. Looking to avoid that happening again.

Was waiting for others to respond for your request. Hoping, like you to get some feedback.
Because I loan equipment(grinder and carafes to one cafe) really no agreement or contract,
probably just like you, verbal understanding. I guess at least in your situation, the understanding
was misunderstood. So you opened my eyes to having in the future a loan agreement in writing
and signed between loaner and loanee. After a little Googling, I found this. Not much else.

Thanks for replying. That's actually not a bad template. I'm going to do some searching around today as well and will post anything good I find.
