Troubles with various roasts and gassing of beans

Dan atUS Roaster Corp. is also pretty adamant on the 15 minute roast schedule for his equipment.

That said, I just finished a Peruvian at the French roast level that took 16.5 minutes.

I think Buckhorn and I share a lot of the same philosophy as far as roasting is concerned. I agree with about everything he says.
