Hello All,
We are a coffee cafe located in upstate new york and we are working on franchising our shop. We are drawing up our OFRC and working with our attorney to complete all the necessary preliminary work. We are wondering if anyone knows how to go about finding open and available spaces in universities or hospitals. We do not mind running a location out of state, or even having a large company like Sedexo buy our concept and we support it. Anyone have ideas and suggestions? Thank you!
