You can always do a Google search and read about those two coffee beverages, and figure out the difference .

Here is some information about Raf coffee:

Raf coffee is an espresso beverage with dense and soft foam. The main peculiarity of Raf coffee is that milk and cream are whipped with espresso at the same time, making the drink thick and incredibly delicate. Rich aroma of espresso and gentle creamy vanilla flavor mix in this special coffee drink whipped into soft foam.

Here is some information about Flat coffee:

Flat coffee is prepared by pouring microfoam (steamed milk with small, fine bubbles and a glossy or velvety consistency) over a single or double shot of espresso. It is somewhat similar to the traditional 5 oz cappuccino or the latte although smaller in volume, therefore having a higher proportion of coffee to milk, and milk that is more velvety in consistency – allowing the espresso to dominate the flavor, while being supported by the milk.

You're welcome.

I wish I could find some sort of chart that shows all of the various coffee beverages and describes what they are and what is in them. It would make things much easier when we want to compare coffee beverages.

People would still ask the same questions, rather than search for the chart.
