What Machine is This?

I can’t seem to find any information on this Espresso Machine, I’ve heard of Rancilio and their high end espresso machines, but I’m curious as to whether or not this holds any value. It was gifted to me; and it’s never been used before. Any info on it would be greatly appreciated!

That looks as old as the first Gaggia I worked on at my first shop. It was 89 and the machine had to be from the 70s. The topper is just a topper. I see you said it has never been used. Do you mean since you were gifted it or EVER.
