What's your favorite bean and why?

Just curious what your favorite bean is! I think my favorite is the Ethipian Harrar FTO. I like the earthy notes in it. Plus I think there's a nostalgia to it being the first bean I ever roasted.

If you like Harrar you might want to give dry processed Yirgacheffe or Sidamo a try.
