where to find food

Hello,

I am researching what is needed to open a coffee shop in New jersey and I have a lot of information.

the one area I am having a tough time figuring out is where to get the food I will serve. I am not talking about the milk and such.

I would like to have a counter oven so I can offer breakfast sandwiches. where do I go to look for the meat for the sandwich. I am assuming it would be delivered precooked like a dunking donuts.

I can figure out pastries... I am wondering more about prepared salads than can be offered to a lunch crowd or if I wanted to toast grilled cheese and soups
