Have you ever made Irish coffee? As far as I know, it includes whiskey, but I don't know what kind of whiskey I should choose. Thanks in advance for your help!

Coffee with bourbon is usually called Kentucky coffee. Coffee with scotch is called Gaelic coffee. I had a full liquor bar in a coffee shop I roasted for. The only rule was it had to be a coffee based drink. One of the most popular drinks was the Terry's chocolate orange. Drip coffee with Godiva liquor and Cointreau orange liqueur topped with whipped cream. It is amazing.
