Does anyone know of a white chocolate that we could use for drinks that doesn't contain partially hydroginated oil or high fructose corn syrup?

Thanks,

Chip

I have guittard white satin chocolate sauce, low fat

ingredients say milk, sugar, cocoa butter, real vanilla, and potassium sorbate

anyway, that's all that is listed.. maybe it'll work for you?

Ok, thanks.

We're trying to eliminate as much stuff as possible that doesn't have fairly pure, simple ingredients.

Why bother eliminating high fructose corn syrup its just another form of sweetener. Pound for pound it's on par with sugar. Its final taste just is a little different that's all.

there is all kinds of stuff wrong with HFCS. Not only because of the way it's made but contributing to such a HUGE amount of the corn grown in the states. I'm not going to go into too much detail but there is alot of info out there about corn syrup and corn in general.

We will be introducing a syrup that is fair trade organic made with evaporated cane sugar in about 6 weeks. We also will be doing a fairtrade organic chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. The white chocolate is proving to be a more interesting one and looks like we will be going with a base of agave.
