Yo was just wondering who is attending the Coffee and Tea world show in Miami this week? I was going to head down today but need to roast more..will be there possibly tomorrow and deffinately on Friday...

You should also look into SCAA.org. I am not sure you can get a lot of barista training at any of the trade show. I know coffeefest is doing some kind of barista certification, but no one is really paying it that much attention.
