Im about to buy a good amount of coffee grounded. Why is everyone talking about roasting and not buying it already done from the original country? Im I doing something wrong?
Should I not buy it ready to go and ready to pack?

You do not need to roast it yourself...leave that to the pros. But I would suggest buying in small quantities and always whole bean. coffee starts to got stale after it is roasted...and the process happens quicker after it is ground.

So that's why my coffee has three wires, positive, negative and GROUND.

oxidation=bitter

ground=more surface to be exposed to o2=bitter faster

me typeslow......
