WMF 2000S Software and Milk help

Hello everyone and greetings from Germany.
Thank you for accepting me in the forum.
I am looking for someone who is familiar with a WMF 2000s and perhaps also has the setup software. We have a 2000s in our rental business, but unfortunately it has a defect in the control system. I have now bought a second one, but the software does not have a milk system programmed in, even though the hardware is available for it.

Hi have you tried too do a “standard” reset? it’s like a factory reset and then you got som machine options too choose
