Hi all,

I’m looking to try some roasted beans from Mexico.
Can anyone recommend :) ?
1. Something you have tried personally
2. A roaster on line or in N.J. to buy from?

I just finally got in to the real world of coffee after many years of thinking I was drinking coffee.

I drink my coffee FP using a Rocky Grinder……..
I was thinking of first trying all the single origin that was recommended from the online roasters.
This would give me a point of reference when I get into home roasting and build my taste pallet.

With that said, if you have a favorite of anything you have tried please I would like to know. Any recommendations would help.

Thank you for helping a new B…that has finally seen the light.

Hi Kuban111,
I do not know any roasters in NJ, but I love coffee from Mexico. I have tried coffee from 3 regions in Mexico. Coatepec, Oaxaca (pronounced Ha-wa-ka), and Chiapas. Of the three, the Chiapas is the least expensive and probably the most available. As far as on-line roasters are concerned, just read through the posts on this forum and look for web addresses.
