Hey Everyone,
I seem to be going deeper and deeper down the rabbit hole and after fooling around with a hottop and sonofresco realize I want to have some fun with a bigger machine. I've been up and down craigslist, kijiji and ebay the last while and haven't found anything yet. Does anybody have a lead on a used roaster? I'm in Montreal, Canada. It would be much easier if I could find one somewhere in Canada. Looking for a Probat, Giesen, Ambex, Diedrich or similar. LP or Nat Gas, doesn't matter. Thanks to everyone for a great resource here.
