    It is suggested that no more than 3 to 4 cups of coffee should be drank during the day, that is for an adult. That said we must remember that coffee also cvan be stronger or weaker, depending on the brand. Many adverse health effects may come upon you if coffee is drank too much.

    You can usually tell when you are having too much coffee - you head starts to ache whenever oyu dont have coffee. You need to go to the toilet more often.

    You might also develop a reflux, which is when (or more likely - even before that) you should contact your family doctor and have it checked. You can have many more good answers in this article here about the negative effects of caffeine.

    Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two "energy shot" drinks. Keep in mind that the actual caffeine content in beverages varies widely, especially among energy drinks.
