    It has been found that 400 mg of caffeine per day is safe for most healthy adults. Four cups of brewed coffee, two cans of energy drinks, and 10 cans of cola contain approximately 400 mg caffeine. Please note that the actual caffeine content in beverages may vary widely, particularly energy drinks.
