Is there a meaningful difference of caffeine level between different varieties of coffee bean?

If so, is there a handy reference chart somewhere?

Hello "afm171"

Arabica coffee generally has less caffeine than robusta coffee has. If you do an on-line search, you'll see that robusta coffee has almost twice the amount of caffeine.

I've never seen a reference chart that shows how much caffeine is in different varieites of coffee beans.

Most Arabica varietals do differ slightly in caffeine levels, but I have never seen a chart (would be cool). Obviously roasting, grinding and brewing ratio/extraction can dictate caffeine levels in any given varietal as well...If talking about the final "in the cup" experience.
