This is by far the coolest kitchen gadget I have ever seen - I want one! I would love to hear your experience if you have ever used one.

My fav as well. We have gone through a few Yama Vacuum Brewers for the stove top. They tend to break easy. But last a year or so, usually by my fault. But they produce a super clean, bright, hot cup.

I also believe siphon coffee is one of the best way to brew coffee. I am in process of marketing one of the safest siphon coffee brewer... I did post some pictures on here...

I've been making some custom siphon brewers in my glass studio ill post a video once my post count is up. im interested in feedback... The siphon brewers produce such a pure cup.

I use the one Coffeejunky displayed about 3 to 4 times a week...if I was home more I would definitely use it more.
