    Leasing Equipment

We are about to open our shop, and we are evaluating equipment leases, vs. buying. The advantages are less capital cash spent at start up, and better tax advantages as compared to depreciation of owned equipment. The con is an overall higher cost in the end.

Are there any major pros or cons I have missed?

Can you recommend any companies who lease commercial kitchen equipment?

    Thanks for your help!!
