Price roasters are buying from importers?

As the title says. I am a new importer with obvious lack of experience. A little background we've been dealing with southeast asian robusta and arabica variety from Vietnam. Now I know Vietnam isn't known for its bean quality, maybe some roasters are able to blend their flavor profile into some of the blends in the US. Consider lets say the beans are a good quality grades 1-2. What would the average buy price be for a roaster on both variety?

Take this with a grain of salt, but my amateur understanding is around $200-$250 for 100kg.
